Accountant — Renewable Energy
Location: London, UK (UK office) – Hybrid Working
Salary Up to £57,000
🔸 Key Responsibilities
- Perform bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Timely and accurate updates to accounting records, ensuring compliance with internal policies & regulations
- Prepare statutory reports for tax compliance & regulatory purposes
- Support group / consolidated financial reporting and statutory filing
- Daily reconciliations of General Ledger (GL) accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies
🎯 Candidate Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 2+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in energy, construction or auditing sectors
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SAP (FI / MM modules) an asset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities
